DunningBee uses Stripe Connect OAuth — a secure, official Stripe integration. We only read payment failure events. We never access your bank account, modify your products, or change your pricing.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We never store your customers' full card numbers — that's handled entirely by Stripe. We're hosted on Hetzner in the EU with GDPR compliance.
It's a clean, mobile-responsive page with your logo and brand colors. Your customer sees 'Update your payment method for [Your Product]' with a Stripe Elements card form. On paid plans, you can fully customize the branding.
Yes. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel from your dashboard settings or contact us. Your subscription ends at the end of your current billing period — no proration, no penalties. You keep access to all features until the period ends, then automatically downgrade to Free.
